How we read it

Number structure and sources

Format: the Cerbo GX manual gives the example HQ 1309 DER4F — year 2013, week 09. The two digits after “HQ” are the year, the next two are the production week. Week dates are approximate (the week is counted from Monday, as in ISO).

Number-dependent rules come from Victron manuals and are described on the device pages:

  • older MPPT controllers (e.g. 70/15) work with GX from HQ1308 — GX does not see the device,
